Fairfield Case Study

Krol Media worked with locations in eight different New England  

area markets to garner public relations coverage. We worked  

with the management team at each Fairfield Inn to identify and develop stories surrounding their community support. One story we uncovered was a non-profit campaign called “Spirit to Serve,” which entailed donating televisions to local charities as they replaced televisions in the hotel with upgraded models. Once we learned of the donation plan, we immediately recognized it as a heart-warming story the surrounding community would appreciate. Krol Media developed the story line, wrote the press releases, methodically distributed them across the eight markets and secured and tracked coverage. The direct results of this campaign were numerous examples of newspaper coverage and radio interviews that highlighted the hotel’s dedication to community service.
