Sheraton Case Study
Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square had just completed an extensive renovation that put the property back on the map as a premier Pittsburgh hotel. Krol Media was brought on to develop public relations strategies on the renovation as well as assist in the grand re-opening event. Krol Media facilitated a social media campaign that engaged the community and branded the Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square Reveal Grand Re-Opening Event. After a successful launch of the rejuvenated property, Krol Media became instrumental in the development of the Sheraton’s community initiative, the Celebration of Champions. The Champions program honored Pittsburghers for their outstanding work and dedication in their fields. The Sheraton, along with a committee of community leaders, selected awardees and donated funds to six deserving Pittsburgh non-profit organizations. Our next project was developing a destination marketing video for the property. Krol Media branded the campaign slogan, Pittsburgh Connects Here and created a professional video that showcases the property and the city of Pittsburgh. The hotel now uses the video for marketing, sales and other promotional endeavors.
